Step 1
Put water in the Instant Pot and add frozen shrimp. Close the lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to ZERO (minutes for frozen cooked shrimp (or 1 minute for frozen raw shrimp) on High pressure.
Step 2
When Instant Pot is done cooking, quick release (QR) the steam.
Step 3
Drain the shrimp in a colander and serve.
