Step 1
Place steam rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Pour the water into the pot. Place the eggs on the rack.
Step 2
Seal lid.
Step 3
Cook on manual for 5 minutes. Natural release 5 minutes then quick release to release remaining steam.
Step 4
Run eggs under cold water or place in an ice bath. Peel immediately.
