Step 1
Place the wire rack that comes with the Instant Pot in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of water and 12 (or up to raw eggs on top of the wire rack. It is ok to stack them.
Step 3
This is the 5-5-5 method for Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs.
Step 4
Pressure cook for 5 minutes on high.
Step 5
Slow release pressure for 5 minutes then release all pressure.
Step 6
Remove eggs and place them in an ice-water bath for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Peel immediately or refrigerate.
