Step 1

Rinse beans in warm water.

Step 2

Add washed beans, water and salt in instant pot. Close the instant pot with it's lid and turn the vent into sealing position.

Step 3

Set instant pot to manual pressure cook high for 40 minutes and after pressure cooking for 40 minutes, do 10 minutes natural pressure release.

Step 4

When the pot is depressurised, open the lid and that's kidney beans ready for use.
