Step 1
Rub your lamb chops with salt, pepper and dried oregano.
Step 2
Pour oil into the Instant Pot, add garlic, rosemary, basil and bay leaf. Select “Sauté”.
Step 3
Add the lamb chops and cook for about 4 minutes per side, until they brown.
Step 4
Add the beef broth and lock your Instant Pot.
Step 5
Cook at high pressure for 4-5 minutes (depending on the size of your lamb chops).
Step 6
Once done, do a quick pressure release and serve.
