Step 1

Slice kielbasa into pieces 1 inch thick.

Place kielbasa, onion, celery, carrot, potato, parsley, and garlic into Instant Pot.

Step 3

Rinse and drain lentils, then add to Instant Pot.

Step 4

Add beef broth, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir to mix.

Step 5

Place Instant Pot lid on with pressure release valve sealed.

Step 6

Cook for 20 minutes on the soup setting.

Step 7

When done, use the quick release method to release pressure before opening.
