Take a bowl and crumble the slices of white bread. Add the milk to the bread and let the bread soak up

Whisk the egg and set it aside

Take another bowl and add the ground beef. Then add the soaked bread and half the whisked egg. Add the onion, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper

Wash your hands and mix all the ingredients together with your hands. You will see the mixture come together

Divide the meat into 6 to 8 equal-sized meatballs

Take your pressure cooker and set it to Sauté. Add a drizzle of olive oil or butter before adding the meatballs

Brown the meatballs on all sides. Add a cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce

Stir the sauce through. When water is bubbling turn off the Sauté function. Lock the lid on and turn the pressure valve to the sealing position

Select the Manual or Pressure Cook button and cook on HIGH pressure for 8 minutes
Step 10
When the cooking time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes. Then quick release the remaining pressure

Serve the meatballs as desired
