Instant Pot Navy Beans

navy beans (unsoaked (about 2 1/4 cups))

garlic

bay leaves

vegetable stock

olive oil

salt and pepper

To the Instant Pot insert, add the dried beans, garlic, bay leaves, olive oil, vegetable stock, and salt and pepper.

Seal the lid, and set to Manual/Pressure Cook mode for 30 minutes.

Once finished, allow the beans to naturally release for 15 minutes. Carefully quick release the rest of the steam and remove the lid. Discard the bay leaves and enjoy!
