Step 1
Pour the tomato sauce into Instant Pot. Add bell peppers and onions (put them on top of tomato sauce without mixing). Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic powder.
Step 2
Close the Instant Pot lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to ZERO (minutes. Peppers and onions will cook just enough during the time Instant Pot is coming to pressure.
Step 3
When the timer beeps, quick release (QR) the steam. Mix everything in the pot and serve.
Step 4
These peppers and onions fajitas can be served hot or cold.
