Step 1

Grease pan and set aside.

Step 2

Add eggs, milk and cottage cheese to blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Add pizza toppings to cavities in pan. Sprinkle cheese evenly in each pot. Pour egg mixture in each cup. Loosely cover with foil.

Step 4

Create a sling by folding a long piece of foil in half and placing it under the pan.

Step 5

Place 2 cups of water into the instant pot and add the trivet to the instant pot. Place the foil sling and pan into the instant pot and seal the lid shut. Close the pressure release valve. Set the instant pot to steam (normal, high pressure) for 8 minutes. When cooking cycle is complete, let steam naturally release for 10 minutes. Open instant pot, remove foil and discard and serve pizza quiche with pizza sauce on the side.
