In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder and cumin.

Season pork with this mixture on all sides.

On another bowl, whisk together cider vinegar, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, and 1 cup of chicken broth.
Step 4
Turn on the Instant Pot, select saute and add oil.
Step 5
Once oil is heated, add pork and saute for a few minutes until brown.
Step 6
Take out the pork and place aside.
Step 7
Press "cancel" and add the remaining broth to deglaze the bottom.
Step 8
Add the pork and the liquid mixture.
Step 9
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 50 minutes.
Step 10
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
Step 11
Once done, open the lid and take out the meat.
Step 12
Shred the Pork.
Step 13
Stir with remaining bbq sauce and serve :)
