Step 1

Place frozen chicken onto trivet.

Step 3

Place the trivet into the pot. Pour olive oil on top of the chicken, and sprinkle seasonings on top.

Add in 2 cups of chicken broth to the Instant Pot. Set the Instant Pot to the manual setting for 50 minutes.

Step 7

When the Instant Pot is done, let the pressure release naturally.

Step 9

If your Instant Pot has the air fryer function you can air fry for 5 minutes to crisp the skin.

Then, your chicken is ready to go!
