Step 1

Pour water into your Instant Pot and correctly place the trivet.

Step 2

Arrange your salmon fillet onto the trivet.

Step 3

Cook at high pressure for about 7-8 minutes (according to its size).

Step 4

Quickly release the steam.

Step 5

Remove your fish and set aside.

Step 6

Dry your Instant Pot and pour olive oil.

Step 7

Add onion and garlic.

Step 8

Press “Sauté” and cook for 2 minutes, until onion turns golden.

Add also tomatoes, carrots and celery and stir well.

Step 10

Cook for another 5 minutes, until all the veggies are partially cooked.

In the meantime, chop your fish.

Add chopped fish and vegetable broth.

Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.

Quickly release the steam, then adjust with salt and pepper.
