Step 1
Brown the sausages on all sides. You can do this using the saute function on the Instant Pot or in a separate pan.
Step 2
While you are doing this put the remaining ingredients into the Instant Pot, and mix together. Obviously, if you are using the Instant pot to saute, you will need to collect the other ingredients in a separate bowl while you are doing this.
Step 3
Add everything to the Instant Pot bowl together, mix well, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. It will take a bit longer due to the warm up time. When finished carefully release the pressure with the quick-release valve.
Step 4
If you prefer to have the sauce thicker, then mix the flour in some water and add to the pot at this stage. Then simmer using the saute function on the Instant Pot for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
