Pour water into Instant Pot. Stir in the chicken base until mostly dissolved. Sprinkle in the rice. Place chicken into the pot and sprinkle the chicken with seasoned salt and poultry seasoning.
Step 2
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes. Move valve to venting and remove the lid.
