Step 1

Pre-heat the inner pot - Sauté, More, 30 min

Step 2

When the display says hot, add in the ground beef and break it up

Step 3

Add in the salt, garlic powder, pepper, basil, onion powder, parsley and oregano

Brown for about 5 minutes

Step 5

Pour the meat into a medium mixing bowl

Step 6

Pour 2 cups water into the bottom of the Instant Pot

Step 7

Scrape the bottom of the pot to deglaze

Step 8

Turn off your Instant Pot

Step 9

Add cottage/ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella and parmesan into the bowl with the meat

Stir to combine

Step 11

Use your fingers to stuff the meat mixture into the pasta shells

Step 12

Some shells will be easier to stuff than others

Pre-heat inner pot - Sauté, Normal, 30 min

Step 14

Pour the marinara sauce into the Instant Pot with the water that is already in there

Step 15

Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring frequently

Step 16

Once it is boiling, drop in the shells working quickly

Step 17

Turn off the saute setting

Step 18

Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing

Step 19

Pressure cook - Pressure cook, High, 4 min

Step 20

When the time is up let the pot sit for 10 minutes

Step 21

Quick release any remaining pressure

Step 22

Use a large spoon to scoop the shells onto serving plates

Step 23

Serve with the sauce
