Step 1

Add water to the Instant Pot bowl.

Step 2

Add in the steaming rack and then place the sweet potatoes on the rack.

Step 3

Cover and seal the Instant Pot

Step 4

Select the steam programme, set timer for about 12 mins and let cook till done.

Step 5

Allow the Instant Pot pressure to reduce naturally, this may take about 15 minutes.

Step 6

Open, remove the sweet potato and serve.
