Step 1

Peel and dice your turnips and season them with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Place them on top of your steamer shelf (trivet) inside of your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker.

Step 3

Pour over a cup/240ml of water.

Step 4

Place the lid on your Instant Pot. Set the valve to sealing and cook for 4 minutes on manual.

Step 5

Quickly remove pressure with quick pressure release.

Step 6

Season with extra salt and pepper.

Step 7

Serve.
