Irish Lemonade Recipe

oz Jameson whiskey

0.5 oz simple syrup

oz lemonade (I used Zero Sugar Minute Maid)

oz lemon Club Soda (or ginger beer)

ice`

pineapple leaves

lemon wedge

mint leaves

rosemary

Combine the whiskey, simple syrup, lemonade and ice in a cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously for a couple of seconds and pour it into a tall glass with ice.

Top the glass with lemon club soda and garnish with pineapple leaves on a skewer. Add a slice of lemon and enjoy!
