Step 1
Place mint leaves in glass. Using the back of a wooden spoon or muddler, muddle (crush) the mint leaves.
Step 2
Fill glass up 3/4 full with ice. Pour in lime juice, whiskey and ginger beer.
Step 3
Stir to combine. Serve with slice of lime and mint leaves.
