Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray medium casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Sauté the zucchini until fork tender. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the zucchini.

Add the onions and bell pepper and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the chicken and Italian sauce. Stir well and simmer.

While the sauce is simmering, boil the penne until it is al dente.

Step 6

Drain the penne and pour it into the casserole dish.

Pour the sauce over the penne until it is covered.

Step 8

Sprinkle both of the cheeses over the top.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the mixture bubbles and the cheese is golden.
