Step 1

FIRST STEP:In a large skillet heat olive oil and stir in sausage and bell peppers and cook until sausage is done

SECOND STEP:Stir in garlic and seasonings

Stir in wine and tomatoes

THIRD STEP:Simmer 10-15 minutes until sauce reduces some

Step 9

FOURTH STEP:Cook noodles per package directions, drain, add to sauce and stir

Step 11

Plate and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley
