In a skillet over medium high heat, add the sausage and the peppers to the skillet, Cook thoroughly

Lower the temperature to low medium and add in Italian seasoning and minced garlic saute for 30 seconds

Add in the white cooking wine and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half

Pour in the tomatoes with the juice from the can

Add in the dried Basil, salt and pepper

Gently stir in the cooked noodles and stir to combine
