Step 1
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Step 2
Arrange polenta slices in skillet; cook about 4 minutes on each side or until edges are crispy. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
Step 3
Recoat skillet with cooking spray, and add shrimp. Cook 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in spaghetti sauce, and continue cooking 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Step 4
Serve 3 slices of polenta on each plate. Spoon shrimp and sauce evenly over polenta; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
