Step 1

Begin by warming a large tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds or my preferred method is in a very lightly greased skillet. By warming the tortilla it makes it much more pliable and easier to wrap.

Step 2

Place the spinach in a single layer across the tortilla.Layer the cheese, grilled chicken, jalapeños and avocado down the center of the wrap.

Step 3

Add salt and pepper to taste and roll tightly.  Slice down the center and enjoy!
