Step 1

Prepare ingredients: Cut napa cabbage into 1 cm widths and slice green onion diagonally. Cut Atsuage in half of the thickness, cut into strips, season with salt, and coat them with flour.

Step 2

Pan fry Atsuage: Add sesame oil to a frying pan, cook the Atsuage on medium heat for a few minutes until both sides are crispy, and then take them out to a plate.

Step 3

Stir Fry vegetables: Add the white part (the hard part) of napa cabbage and green onion to a frying pan, stir fry quickly, add a little water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Stir fry vegetables: Add leaves of napa cabbage and green onion, stir fry quickly, cover and steam for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add miso sauce: Put the atsuage back in, add the mixed miso sauce, and stir.
