Step 1

Prepare your salad and vegetables and place on a serving plate.

Step 2

Make the dressing by placing the spring onions, ginger, garlic and celery in a food processor or powerful blender and process so it’s finely chopped. Thermomix, 5 secs, speed 7.

Step 3

Add the olive oil, vinegar, sweetener, tamari and sesame oil and process again at a high speed to mix. Thermomix, 10 secs, speed 6.

Step 4

Just before serving, dress the salad and scatter with the nori.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
