Juicy Peach Melba

Step 1

Cut the peach slices in half and place on cocktail picks, alternating with the raspberries. Set aside.

Step 2

In a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes, shake the peach syrup and peach whiskey with a few squeezes of lime juice.

Step 3

Put a couple of fresh ice cubes into each of 4 rocks glasses. Add a quarter of the sparkling water to each and top with a scoop of raspberry sorbet. Pour a quarter of the contents of the shaker into each glass. Garnish with the cocktail picks and enjoy!
