Step 1

Take both of your half cup servings of mozzarella cheese and place each one on a frying pan in a circle on medium heat. Allow them to brown on both sides and then move to a plate.

Step 2

Cut your avocado and mash it. Split the mashed avocado across your cheese pieces.

Step 3

Boil water in a frying pan. Make sure it is enough water to cover two eggs. When you place both eggs into the water, set the time for three minutes. When the timer goes off, use a slotted spoon to remove each egg, one at a time, and place it on each of your keto avocado toasts.

Step 4

Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (optional) but highly recommended!
