Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.

Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl, and pour the onion soup mix over the top. Knead with your hands to combine well.

Form the meat into 4 evenly sized patties.

Season the squash and zucchini with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Tear off four long pieces of tin foil, and place onto a flat surface.
Step 6
Add a layer of the squash and zucchini to the center of each piece of tin foil.
Step 7
Place the burger patty on top.
Step 8
Sprinkle each burger with some of the cheese.
Step 9
Fold up the long ends of each piece of tin foil, and foil them closed.
Step 10
Roll up the sides of each tin foil piece, and pinch them closed.
Step 11
Cook for 25 minutes, or until the burger is done to your liking.
