Step 1
Place all of the ingredients except the pork into a bowl and whisk to combine well.
Step 2
Add the mixture to a resealable food storage bag.
Step 3
Put the pork into the bag with the marinade, and shake to combine.
Step 4
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 6
Place a baking rack over a large baking sheet.
Step 7
Remove the pork from the bag, but reserve the excess marinade.
Step 8
Layer the pork on the baking rack.
Step 9
Bake for 40 minutes, basting with the marinade 2-3 times throughout.
Step 10
Place the pork under the broiler on high for the last 2-3 minutes of cook time.
Step 11
Brush the pork in the juices at the bottom of the baking sheet if desired before serving.
