Blend 1 minute / speed 4 / mc on

Pour into little snack size pots or a jar and set in the fridge. Le snax can be store in the fridge 1 week or freezer 3 months

Grate cheese, combine with sour cream and microwave 1 minutes, stir, repeat if necessary until the cheese has melted, but try not to boil.
