Step 1
Add the almond flour, sugar free maple syrup, bacon and vanilla to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.

Form the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Chill in the freezer for 4 hours.

Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips to a bowl that is microwave safe.
Step 5
Heat for 30 second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
Step 6
Holding the chilled maple bacon bites at the top, dip each bite halfway into the chocolate, and return it to the parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 7
Chill until the chocolate has set.
