Combine the almong milk, cream, chocolate and peppermint essence together in a small saucepan.
Step 2
Place over a low heat to gently melt the chocolate and bring the hot chocolate up to a gentle boil.
Step 3
Remove from the heat as soon as it reaches boiling point when bubbles appear on the surface.
Step 4
Pour into a mug and enjoy.
