Step 1

Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and "use-by date" (3 months from when you prepped the meal.)

Add all ingredients to the freezer bag.

Step 3

Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.

Step 4

Cook on "low" setting for 6-8 hours.

Step 5

Shred beef and stir.

Step 6

Add frozen meal to Instant Pot and saute 5 minutes to release some liquid.

Step 7

Flip over.

Step 8

Pressure cook 60 minutes. Natural release.

Step 9

Shred beef and stir.
