Add erythritol (1 teaspoon), Angostura bitters (3 dashes) and water (1 teaspoon) to a rocks glass, and stir until the erythritol dissolves.
Step 2
Add large ice cube to glass, along with bourbon (1 1/2 Ounces).
Step 3
Give cocktail a stir, garnish with orange peel, and enjoy!
