Step 1

In a large skillet, brown sausage, crumbling into small pieces. Transfer sausage to paper toweling to drain.

Step 2

Mix cooked sausage in with the cauliflower and other veggies and add to baking dish. Top with the cheese.

Step 3

In a large bowl, whisk together seasonings, eggs, and heavy cream. Pour evenly over the cheese.

Step 4

Cover tightly with plastic wrap or foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 5

The next morning- preheat oven to 350, bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 6

Cut into 12 equal squares, 3 x 4 .
