Preheat your Belgian waffle iron.

Add the room temp eggs and cream cheese to a deep bowl.

Use a hand mixer to combine.
Step 4
Add the melted butter and vanilla and blend again.

Add the Miracle Mix and blend on high speed for 2 minutes to create a thick batter.
Step 6
Ladle batter onto waffle iron. I used roughly ⅓ cup batter per waffle.
Step 7
Cook for 2 minutes, remove to a wire rack.
Step 8
Repeat with remaining batter.
