Instructions Preheat oven to 325F. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl, and mix until combined. Cut pork tenderloin into bit sized pieces. Marinade pork in fridge at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil, and if you have a wire rack place it on top. Place marinaded pork onto the rack, leaving space between. Cook for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and flip, baste with reserved marinade and place back in the oven. Cook 30 minutes more, remove from the oven and flip again, baste again and back into the oven. Cook an additional 20 minutes.
