This Oreo keto protein shake is crazy thick, insanely chocolatey, and delightfully creamy. It literally tastes - and looks - like an Oreo milkshake, but it's loaded with protein. Best of all though is the fact that this low carb protein shake has just 2 NET CARBS for the entire shake!

Heaping 1/2 Cup (115 milliliters) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Cup (75 grams) Diced Frozen Avocados

Scoop (30 grams) Vanilla Protein Powder

Tbsps. (8 grams) Black Cocoa Powder

Tbsps. (36 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Salt

I made this tonight as a dessert. It turned out perfect. The only thing I’m going to try next is using stevia drops as sweetener as erythritol gives me tummy upset. I use it but I avoid it where I can &amp; substitute stevia. Delicious recipe-thank you for making a “keto” version. I have made SO many of your keto recipes and they are all fantastic!

Thiccc about sums it up. I made this with almond butter instead of protein powder. And I used regular milk. By the way: could you look into the topic 'keto milk from cream' at some point? I think Aaron from fatforweightloss does that, but it is rather thin and is not really tasteful either. I can see you pottering about and experimenting with that and come up with something better.

This is superb for those schooldays when the kids are in a hurry or have exam week, I reckon, as this is a quick lunch which doesn't fog up their brains, they can "eat" it without having to look on their plate, just take a glug out of their smoothie cups, and they'll definitely not get fidgety or suffer low blood sugar in the exam later. 

PS: Now, that I have stocked up on almond flour, xanthan gum, protein powder etc., we really dig deep into your recipes, yesterday I made the keto pasta and your Italian white bread, a few days earlier a variation of Marsala chicken (we added broccoli as well, some of us are not into mushrooms), your Zuppa Toscana... This is comfort food at its finest and we already have shredded several pounds. I'd also like your opinion on zucchini lasagna - I did not go for the pain-in-the-anatomy versions out there, where they salt those thin slices and pat them dry, roast them in the oven, etc., I just didn't put any extra liquid into the ground beef part, so the zucchini did indeed shed water, but that was already put into the equation so to say, and it was perfect.
