In a large skillet, cook the sausage (most hot sausage will not brown like normal breakfast sausage)

Drain the cooked sausage
Step 3
Pour the sausage, along with the cream cheese and Rotel, into a slow-cooker on high heat
Step 4
Cook for 1 - 2 hours, stirring occasionally
Step 5
Reduce to low heat, serve, and enjoy!
