Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread out the slices of mozzarella onto two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a bowl, drain the cans of tuna in with the mayo and minced celery. Mix well.
Step 4
Bake the cheese until fully melted (about 4-5 minutes). Remove for the oven and allow to cool.
Step 5
Add a spoonful of tuna to the corner of each of the cheese shells.
Step 6
Fold the squares in half to make a triangle and press the sides closed firmly.
Step 7
Return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
