Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a container and blend slightly to incorporate the cream cheese into the mixture.

Pour into a cream whipper (iSi) and charge with 1 No2 charger. As you tighten the chamber with the No2, invert the whipper upside down and shake 2-3 times to disperse the No2 gas evenly throughout.

Step 3

Allow the whipped cream canister to rest in the fridge as you prepare the cocktail.

Step 4

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to incorporate the sweetened condensed milk into the cocktail.

Step 5

Fine Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Step 6

Top with Cream Cheese Whip

Step 7

Garnish with grated graham cracker and key lime zest. Serve with a straw.
