Step 1

Add some of the oil from the sardine can to the pan over medium low heat.

Step 2

Add slices of radish to the bottom of the pan, then add onion and carrots.

Step 3

Mix the ingredients for the seasoning sauce and set aside.

Step 4

Place the sardines on top of the vegetables and pour the seasoning sauce on top

Step 5

Add the whites of the green onions. Add a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the lid, spoon the sauce over the sardines and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 7

Serve with rice and enjoy.
