Step 1

Start by pressing your tofu (do not skip this step ๐Ÿ‘€!). No one likes soggy tofu.

Step 2

Once pressed, throw out the water, cube the tofu and in the same box add cornstarch smoked paprika and soy sauce.Mix that sh*t!

Step 3

Add some sesame oil to a pan and heat it up. Fry the tofu until golden then remove from the pan.

Step 4

In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, gochujang, rice vinegar, sugar, ketchup, water,ย  and let it cook for 2 minutes.Then add in the baked tofu.
