Step 1

Pour ½ cup granola onto a serving plate and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the top off the peach. With a knife, cut around the peach stone by making a semi-deep, square-shaped incision in the middle. Gently and patiently, wiggle the stone out with fingers or scissors.

Step 3

Peel the peach skin by hand and completely fill the centre with greek yogurt.

Step 4

Place the greek momo onto the granola, garnish with mint, drizzle with honey, and decorate with berries if preferred.
