Step 1

Preheat oven to 350’F (180’C) with a rack in the center.

Step 2

Cook the unsalted butter, sugar, salt, milk, then add the all-purpose flour and mix to combine.

Step 3

Add the tapioca starch and egg into the mixture then mix until a soft dough forms.

Step 4

Add the black sesame seeds to the dough, then transfer to a piping bag and pipe 8 to 10 balls on the baking tray.

Step 5

Bake for about 28 minutes. Enjoy while they're still warm!
