Step 1
Cut the top part of the garlic off and drizzle on 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, wrap in tin foil and roast the garlic at 380 F for 40 Minutes.
Step 2
Add in soft butter, gochujang, black pepper, oregano, and fresh chives in a bowl.
Step 3
Squeeze out the roasted garlic, mix and taste to adjust the spice level by adding more gochujang.
Step 4
Spread a generous amount of garlic butter over bread and bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
Step 5
OPTIONAL: add on cheese to make cheesy, spicy garlic bread. ENJOY!
