La Estrella Cocktail Recipe

In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cubes and 1 ounce of club soda until the sugar is dissolved. Featured Video Add watermelon pieces and muddle again. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a large snifter with one large ice cube inside. Top with the remaining 2 ounces of club soda.
