Step 1

Combine mince, spices and garlic in a small bowl; season.

Step 2

Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Shape mince mixture into two patties; cook for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, combine cabbage, parsley and juice in a small bowl; season to taste.
